We work with clients throughout the US. However, we only set-up payroll in the state of Florida.

We’ve found our services aren’t the best solution for E-Commerce, Restaurants & Construction Services.

We offer bookkeeping services, payroll services (must be an existing bookkeeping client), accounting, software training and support, and remote CFO services.

We do offer software clean-up work, software conversion and project based services.  

• The length of the project is dependent on the scope of the project.  
• Depending on the service requested, an expedited option may be available for an additional charge.

Our bookkeeping services start at $400 per month. We can work with you to create a custom quote that meets your needs.

We work primarily with Intuit products – QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets), Intuit Payroll, Intuit Field Service Management, and Intuit Merchant Services.

Yes we can! Working with entrepreneurs is not only exciting, it’s vital that we provide support and guidance on best practices during the start-up phase.

We manage payroll on a case-by-case basis for clients in the state of Florida.

We are passionate about bookkeeping and helping business owners make adjustments throughout the year so they can maximize their income and minimize their tax liability, but we do not file corporate or personal tax returns.

We offer review services once we've ensured the client is following acceptable accounting practices and has good internal controls.
